Lifetime Warranty period for Traction Battery Cell*.
Terms & conditions:
The lifetime warranty of the Traction Battery Cell is applicable only to vehicles travelling no more than 30,000km every year. Should the driven mileage exceed this amount, the car would only be warrantable for up to eight years or 160,000km, whichever comes first. The Manufacturer's Warranty shall be limited to either the repair or the replacement, free of charge of material and labour costs, of any defective parts (save and except for wear and tear items). Damage to the vehicle, or damage to a part thereof, due to lack of proper regular maintenance, lack of or incorrect maintenance, misuse, negligence or mishandling, improper storage or transportation by the buyer, and/or damage to parts due to external factor(s) beyond the control of the seller/manufacturer, is excluded tom the Manufacturer’s warranty. All claims under the Manufacturer's Warranty shall be subject to examination by the Manufacturer.
